TERMS & CONDITIONS
Rs 50 per square feet to be paid additionally towards Corpus Fund for renovation and repairs in the long term to be handed over on formation of Apartment Owners Association.
To be paid in 8 instalments
(a) On booking : 20% of the total cost + statutory taxes
(b) On completion of foundation: 10% of the total cost + statutory taxes
(c) On completion of ground floor slab: 10% of the total cost + statutory taxes
(d) On completion of 2nd floor slab: 10% of the total cost + statutory taxes
(e) On completion of 4th floor slab: 10% of the total cost + statutory taxes
(f) On completion of 7th floor slab: 10% of the total cost + statutory taxes
(g) On completion of 10th floor slab: 10% of the total cost + statutory taxes
(h) On completion of 12th floor slab: 10% of the total cost + statutory taxes
(i) On completion of 14th floor slab: 05% of the total cost + statutory taxes
(j) On handing over of apartment: 05% of the total cost + statutory taxes + other deposits
All payments should be by crossed Demand Draft or Account Payee Local Cheques payable at Thiruvananthapuram in favour of
M/s GREAT INDIA ESTATES PVT. LTD.
Within 3 months of completion and handover of the buildingthe association will be responsible for all maintenance and civic requirement
